Welcome To The Ottawa Children's Gala

The Ottawa Children's Gala is the only one of its kind in Ottawa: a formal gala filled with entertainment for both children and adults all in the beautiful setting of Hampton Inn Ottawa and Conference Centre's Grand Ballroom. We will have a red carpet complete with a professional photographer, a classy meal, exciting entertainment and, of course, a dance. Lianne Laing of Ottawa's CTV Morning Show will host our gala and will be joined on stage by several VIP guests including Max Keeping. The Ottawa Children's Gala will be a night to remember for the families in attendance!

 

The 2012 Ottawa Children's Gala is being held in support of a program called 'Ottawa ThinkFirst'. Dr. Michael Vassilyadi (pediatric neurosurgeon) and his team 'Ottawa ThinkFirst' is dedicated to eliminating preventable childhood brain injuries in our city. Their contributions to our community include the ThinkFirst For Kids Curriculum for our city schools, educational and reference material for local sport coaches and trainers, helmet-fitting clinics for the public, helmets and helmet vouchers to children in low-income families and education research.
